The Hullers Forsberg's manufactures include the Model 15-D Impact Huller used on sunflowers and oats and the Model #2 Huller / Scarifier used on primarily grass seeds. These units provide efficient thorough hull removal and scarifying. Ease of operation, durability, and low maintenance is once again carried out in these models. Due to unique design features and precise operator settings breakage of the seeds can be kept to a minimum, yet maintaining maximum percentage of hull removal efficiency and capacity.
The Forsberg Model 2 Huller/Scarifier is designed and constructed to hull/scarify seeds without damage, if operated properly. Upon entering the hulling chamber, the seed is rubbed against a heavy, rubber-lined outer wall by the inside cylinder. This action will hull and/or scarify the toughest of seeds without damage to the seed. The Model 2 hulls, scarifies and removes chaff in one operation. Hulling cylinder available in three types:
